This award was established in 1983 in recognition of consistent effort and significant contribution of meritorious service to the Society by an ANS staff member. The nominee must be a current full-time member of the ANS staff who has been employed for a minimum of five (5) years.

Nominations are made on a confidential form by current ANS staff members. The DuTemple Award is presented at the ANS Winter Meeting.
