After review and discussion, the Local Sections Committee approved (June 2008) a revised version of the proposed revitalization plan. The ANS Board of Directors acknowledged the LSC's presentation of the plan, which was called for by the ANS Strategic Plan.
A copy of the finalized document, "Local Section Revitalization: A 5-year Plan," is available as a download.
All Local Section Leaders will need to review the plan, as it contains several provisions which will impact even those sections which are currently considered active.
As one part of the overall effort to revitalize Local Sections, the LSC has a special program to help officers who are working to revitalize their Section.
